About the role

  • Collaborate with an international team of Software Development Engineers to support projects and resolve technical questions
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain software applications based on clinical trial specifications
  • Participate in decision-making throughout the development life cycle
  • Contribute to project specification development and deployment planning
  • Review moderate to high-complexity code and write high-quality code
  • Communicate timelines, scope, and technical concerns effectively to stakeholders
  • Present technical decisions through documentation, presentations, and tech talks
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Design, Quality, Translations, Project Management) to ensure project success
  • Negotiate and resolve issues related to timelines, schedules, and technical changes

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps (canvas and model-driven apps)
  • Knowledge of Power Automate for workflow automation and integration
  • Familiarity with Dataverse and connectors for data integration
  • Solid understanding of Python programming and related libraries/frameworks
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming is a plus
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with IDEs, repositories, and issue tracking systems (Visual Studio, Eclipse, GitLab, TFS, JIRA)
  • Understanding of RDBMS and Agile SCRUM methodologies
