About the role
- Serving, qualifying, and closing opportunities from inbound leads originating from digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and direct requests.
- Prioritizing a large pipeline of small and medium-sized businesses, focusing your energy on closing the most promising opportunities.
- Conducting commercial negotiations, effectively communicating Clara’s value proposition, and following through until the deal is closed.
- Managing a massive portfolio of accounts and identifying the highest-potential companies for deeper engagement.
- Running mass outbound sequences through Hubspot, Amplemarket, WhatsApp campaigns, and cold calls to re-engage or activate inbound contacts.
- Utilizing CRM tools for effective lead management, including building reports, sequences, and templates to optimize your workflow.
- Collaborating closely with Account Executives and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer journey from initial interest to full activation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or Sales Associate, ideally handling high-volume inbound pipelines within the fintech or SaaS industry.
- Working proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Proven experience using Hubspot for sequencing, lead management, and campaign automation.
- Strong written communication skills and confidence in cold calling and prospecting.
- High level of adaptability to fast-changing environments and a proven track record of role-specific execution.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize a large portfolio of accounts independently.
- Experience or a strong interest in using AI tools to automate workflows and enhance lead qualification.
