About the role
- Own the complete design lifecycle from discovery to final delivery
- Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for B2C products
- Convert product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI
- Work closely with product and engineering teams on feature planning
- Maintain and improve the product design system
- Use user feedback and data to iterate and improve designs
- Support and mentor junior designers when required
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer
- Strong hands-on experience designing B2C consumer applications
- Experience with B2B products is a plus
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work
- Experience with UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
- Good understanding of design systems and usability principles
- Strong collaboration skills with product managers and engineers
- Experience working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
- Currently working in a product-based company
