About the role
- Design, build, and productionize data science and AI solutions
- Perform data analysis to generate actionable business insights
- Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, and AI consultants
- Support client engagements with high-quality analytical deliverables
- Identify AI and automation opportunities for clients
- Contribute to solution design, proposals, and thought leadership
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of Data Science experience
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Strong understanding of statistics and machine learning fundamentals
- Experience across the full data science lifecycle
- Ability to build scalable and reusable data science products
- Hands-on programming experience in Python, Java, Go, or C++
- Advanced SQL knowledge
- Knowledge of experimental design and analysis
- Expertise in at least one area: Classical ML, Deep Learning (fine-tuning), Optimization, or LLM/RAG
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Candidate must have own laptop
