About the role
- As a partner with an entrepreneurial approach, you are responsible for originating and executing national and international M&A projects in your core sectors.
- You manage the projects and the key tasks supported by our team in Germany, our more than 20 industry advisory boards and over 450 Clairfield professionals worldwide.
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience (at least 8 years) in M&A, corporate finance or investment banking
- A network within your core sectors and direct access to decision-makers
- Professionalism in line with a leading international M&A advisory firm
- Understanding of the upper mid-market and mid-market transaction dynamics
- Enthusiasm for M&A
- Entrepreneurial and independent thinking and acting
- Entrepreneurial DNA, an M&A mindset and an uncompromising client-service mentality
