  • Join piercing experts through comprehensive training; conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address customer questions and concerns.
  • Maintain an Insta-worthy store with perfect displays, organized inventory, and easy-to-shop layouts.
  • Support your Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and creating a positive, high-energy vibe.
  • Showcase Claire's products and services; stay plugged into the latest fashion and social media trends to help customers find their perfect style and boost sales.
  • Oversee store operations including managing inventory, handling cash transactions, visual merchandising, and coordinating promotional activities.
  • Encourage customers to show off their new accessories and piercings on social media to drive brand engagement.

Requirements

  • You can conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, particularly with young or anxious customers.
  • You are proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently.
  • You have completed some high school.
  • You have at least one year of retail management experience.
  • At least one year of retail experience, ideally with some leadership or sales-driving responsibility.
  • You can stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11-35kg (25-75lbs).
  • You can bend, stoop, extended reaching, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting customers.
  • You are passionate about providing our customers with opportunities to express themselves freely every day.
  • You are energized by interacting with customers and stive to provide excellent service throughout their visit.
  • You are inspired by our values of teamwork, compassion, integrity, customer delight, diversity, and self-expression.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, employees, and management.
  • You possess a strong grasp of mathematics, essential for tasks such as inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.

  • You’re self-motivated and organized, as some of our stores may require you to work alone at times.
  • You show a passion for fashion and stay up to date with the latest trends.
