- Crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences, upselling must-have accessories, and hyping up promos to drive revenue.
- Conduct piercings after comprehensive training; educate customers on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions and concerns throughout the process.
- Maintain an Insta-worthy store with perfect displays, organized inventory, and easy-to-shop layouts.
- Support your Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and creating a positive, high-energy vibe.
- Represent the brand by showcasing products and staying plugged into the latest fashion and social media trends to help customers find their style.
- Oversee store operations including managing inventory, handling cash transactions, visual merchandising, and coordinating promotional activities.
- Encourage customers to show off their new accessories and piercings on social media to create shareable moments.
Requirements
- You can conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, particularly with young or anxious customers.
- Proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently.
- Completed some high school.
- At least one year of retail management experience.
- At least one year of retail experience (ideally with leadership or sales-driving responsibility).
- Ability to stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11-35kg (25-75lbs).
- Ability to bend, stoop, extended reaching, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise and assisting customers.
- Passionate about providing our customers with opportunities to express themselves freely every day.
- Energized by interacting with customers and strive to provide excellent service throughout their visit.
- Inspired by values of teamwork, compassion, integrity, customer delight, diversity, and self-expression.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, employees, and management.
- Strong grasp of mathematics, essential for tasks such as inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.
- Driven team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated and organized, as some stores may require you to work alone at times.
- Passion for fashion and stay up to date with the latest trends; able to create a curated fashion look during your shift.
