About the role
- Crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences, upselling accessories, and promoting promos to drive revenue.
- Conduct piercings after comprehensive training; educate on aftercare, maintain sterile environment, address customer questions/concerns.
- Maintain store displays, organized inventory, and easy-to-shop layouts.
- Support Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and creating a positive, high-energy vibe.
- Showcase Claire's products and services; stay plugged into fashion and social media trends to assist customers.
- Oversee store operations: managing inventory, handling cash transactions, visual merchandising, coordinating promotional activities.
- Encourage customers to share purchases and piercings on social media to drive brand engagement.
Requirements
- You can conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, particularly with young or anxious customers.
- Proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently.
- Completed some high school.
- At least one year of retail management experience.
- Ability to stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11-35kg (25-75lbs).
- Ability to bend, stoop, extended reaching, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting customers.
- Passionate about providing customers with opportunities to express themselves freely every day.
- Energized by interacting with customers and strive to provide excellent service throughout their visit.
- Inspired by values of teamwork, compassion, integrity, customer delight, diversity, and self-expression.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong grasp of mathematics, essential for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.
