About the role

  • Insights into core areas of Supply Chain Management within the service functions: materials management, logistics process engineering and material flow technologies, as well as the local responsibilities of different production sites
  • Focus on material flow technologies with an emphasis on logistics automation
  • Induction into subareas of the Manufacturing service unit (Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Planning) and relevant interfaces
  • On-site national and international practical experience at various CLAAS locations through two foreign assignments of 3 months each
  • Mentoring and training to support your individual development

Requirements

  • Completed technical or business degree, e.g., Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration
  • Initial experience in production/SCM gained through internships or vocational training
  • International experience and a global mindset are desirable
  • Strong analytical skills and an affinity for business contexts
  • High interest in new technologies and trends
  • Willingness to drive change and an agile, hands-on mindset
  • High creativity and implementation capability, combined with a holistic and entrepreneurial approach
