• Manages after-sales administrative and logistical activities across multiple sites
• Ensures customer satisfaction and retention
• Controls the monthly closing of Workshop and Spare Parts Warehouse (MPR) activities
• Oversees monthly billing for MPR operations
• Leads and coordinates the APV administrative team for opening and closing Repair Orders (OR)
• Ensures the accuracy of monthly timekeeping records and their transmission to the relevant departments
• Monitors service contract follow-ups
• Coordinates commissioning acknowledgements for CLAAS and other suppliers
• Updates the customer base based on field feedback
• Manages warranty files for CLAAS and other suppliers
• Organizes extraction and analysis of data from RemoteService
