About the role
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to establish our presence in a new, untapped market
- Leverage existing professional relationships and networks to generate immediate sales opportunities
- Identify, pursue, and close new business with target accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional customer experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with company capabilities and goals
- Provide market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights to leadership
- Meet or exceed sales targets and growth objectives
Requirements
- At least 5 years of proven Sales Account and Business Development Management
- Strong technical experience in the fluid power sales industry
- Established relationships and professional network within the target industry or region
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
