About the role

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to establish our presence in a new, untapped market
  • Leverage existing professional relationships and networks to generate immediate sales opportunities
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business with target accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional customer experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with company capabilities and goals
  • Provide market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights to leadership
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and growth objectives

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of proven Sales Account and Business Development Management
  • Strong technical experience in the fluid power sales industry
  • Established relationships and professional network within the target industry or region
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
