About the role
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents
- Assist with compliance efforts related to government procurement, data privacy, and cybersecurity regulations
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings for internal stakeholders
- Support the preparation and filing of corporate documents and regulatory reports
- Maintain and organize legal files, databases, and document management systems
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure legal and regulatory alignment
- Assist with litigation support, including discovery and document production
- Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations affecting GovTech operations
Requirements
- Qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field
- Paralegal certification preferred
- 3+ years of experience supporting legal functions in SaaS, GovTech, or public sector procurement environments
- Strong understanding of contract law, data privacy, and public sector compliance
- Excellent organizational, research, and communication skills
- Proficiency in legal software and document management systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
