About the role

  • Own Customer Change Requests intake, review, quote development, secure pricing approvals, and obtain signatures
  • Manage Customer Renewals by preparing contracts and amendments, coordinating approvals and terms negotiation
  • Support Contract Modifications by drafting and routing amendments, SOW updates, and addenda
  • Conduct Go-to-Market Research analyzing markets, segments, and competitors to inform campaigns
  • Attend Company Events including conferences and webinars to engage customers for sales pipeline
  • Maintain Accurate Records by updating CRM with opportunities, activities, including close plans

Requirements

  • 1 - 5 years in inside sales or a related customer-facing role (e.g., SDR, renewals specialist, sales ops)
  • Experience with Enterprise SaaS required; GovTech experience preferred
  • Familiarity with the sales cycle, renewals processes, quoting, and deal desk basics
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), Monday.com, and productivity suites (e.g., MS 365)
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines simultaneously
  • Growth-oriented, collaborative, and customer-obsessed with a bias for action
