About the role

  • Developing and delivering marketing activities that support Civiteq’s growth objectives.
  • Implementing marketing plans and campaigns across digital, social, events and content channels.
  • Managing day‑to‑day marketing activity to ensure timely, high‑quality output.
  • Supporting brand consistency across all communications and collateral.
  • Conducting basic market research and competitor analysis to inform campaigns.
  • Managing website updates, social media, SEO and paid digital advertising — with guidance from senior leadership.
  • Owning and managing HubSpot for Marketing, delivering inbound activity, sequences and account‑based campaigns to nurture prospects and generate qualified leads.
  • Overseeing updates to the Civiteq website in collaboration with our IT team.
  • Coordinating content creation and maintaining an editorial calendar.
  • Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver marketing initiatives.
  • Tracking campaign performance and using insights to optimise future activity.
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of events.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience of implementing a growth strategy, with a track record of driving business growth and building brand awareness.
  • 5+ years’ B2B marketing experience, ideally with exposure to the public sector.
  • A marketing‑related degree or professional marketing qualification.
  • Proven experience developing and launching market‑facing campaigns.
  • Experience using a CRM and/or marketing automation platform.
  • Strong campaign management skills.
  • Experience developing and managing internal and external partnership relationships.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work effectively within a fast‑paced team.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools (CRM, automation, analytics) is desirable.
  • A creative, proactive and detail‑oriented approach.
