About the role
- - We are looking for a talented and proactive subject matter expert in Finance Systems and Processes to join Civiteq’s high‑performing consulting team.
- - In this role, you will act as a trusted expert in your specialist area, contributing to complex transformation programmes and supporting end‑to‑end delivery across a range of client engagements.
- - You will help shape our delivery methodologies and toolkits, ensuring they continue to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- - You will bring exceptional stakeholder management skills, strong communication abilities, and a solution‑focused mindset.
- - Operating confidently in fast‑paced environments, you will design and deliver citizen‑centred, fit‑for‑purpose solutions and provide expert guidance that enables successful adoption of modern cloud ERP platforms.
- - While not directly responsible for overall client relationship ownership, you will build strong client engagement, identify opportunities for account growth, and play a key role in strengthening Civiteq’s internal capability through mentoring, toolkit development, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- - Proven SME experience in **finance systems and processes**, ideally within **cloud ERP programmes** (e.g., Oracle Cloud).
- - Strong consulting capability: running workshops, designing processes, analysing requirements, and delivering solutions.
- - Ability to manage workstreams using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- - Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, including with senior leaders.
- - Ability to mentor junior colleagues and contribute to internal knowledge and toolkits.
- - Deep knowledge of key finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Projects).
- - Experience interpreting requirements and translating them into system designs and configurations.
- - Strong understanding of finance operating models, core processes (R2R, P2P, O2C), and internal controls.
- - Experience supporting data, reporting, testing (SIT/UAT), readiness, cutover, and post‑go‑live stabilisation.
- - Proactive, solution‑driven and confident working in fast‑paced programme environments.
- - Strong team player with excellent problem‑solving skills.
- - Commercial awareness and experience in client‑facing roles.
