About the role
- Lead and execute on quarterly and annual hiring plans in partnership with Civitech Leadership.
- Help manage company-wide compensation structure including salary/title/level matrix, salary setting, and equity grants for new hires.
- Own benefits administration including health insurance, PTO, 401(k), parental leave, and related programs.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and track performance goals and strategic initiatives.
- Act as day-to-day administrator for company systems, including tool usage norms and access management.
- Serve as Civitech’s liaison to our external IT/security partner and manage vendor relationships.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in operations, HR, or general management roles, preferably in fast-paced or mission-driven environments.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.
- Strong understanding of HR compliance, tools, and processes.
- Comfort with SaaS tools and vendor management (e.g., Rippling, Lever, GSuite, Slack).
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience working with external IT or HR firms a plus.
