About the role

  • Drafting and reviewing Terms of Reference (ToRs) in collaboration with relevant departments to reflect organizational needs and role requirements.
  • Publishing and launching job postings on internal and external platforms to attract suitable candidates.
  • Proactively searching for qualified candidates using professional networks and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, relevant forums).
  • Conducting the initial screening of applicants based on eligibility, required qualifications, and other selection criteria.
  • Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and interview panels.
  • Preparing structured interview questions and evaluation forms in coordination with the hiring team.
  • Assisting in the interview and selection process, including panel participation and assessment scoring.
  • Communicating with applicants throughout the recruitment process, including scheduling, regret letters, and offer communication.
  • Coordinating reference checks and background verifications for shortlisted candidates.
  • Supporting onboarding of new hires, including contract preparation, induction, and orientation scheduling.
  • Maintaining up-to-date recruitment and HR records, ensuring proper documentation and data protection compliance.
  • Assisting in the assessment and review of bonus systems, benefits schemes, and incentive structures.
  • Providing input into salary benchmarking and compensation reviews to ensure fairness and market competitiveness.
  • Supporting performance evaluation processes by preparing tools, organizing evaluation sessions, and maintaining related documentation.
  • Contributing to the overall improvement of HR procedures and systems.
  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

Requirements

  • University degree from a recognized University;
  • Minimum 3 years relevant work experience required;
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation in Ukraine and international HR standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and diplomacy.
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience with HR software and digital tools (Google Workspace, HRIS systems, etc.).
