About the role
- Develop and execute CivilGrid’s first integrated demand strategy across ABM, field, digital, and Sales.
- Design and run ABM campaigns for top strategic accounts
- Run a website revamp to improve our experience (optimize landing pages and user funnels), uplevel our tracking (GA, GTM), and drive form fills.
- Own CivilGrid’s presence at industry events, including booth strategy, pre-event outreach, onsite execution, and post-event nurture.
- Build measurement and attribution frameworks that track account engagement, pipeline influence, and budget ROI.
- Partner with Sales to develop account intelligence, monitor multi-stakeholder engagement, and accelerate complex buying cycles.
- Continuously experiment with new channels, tactics, and technologies to keep the demand engine modern and competitive.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in demand gen, growth or revenue marketing.
- Proven track record influencing multi-million-dollar pipeline through ABM and field programs.
- Experience planning and executing field events and digital campaigns.
- Hands-on marketing ops experience with automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), CRM (Salesforce), analytics tools (GA, GTM), and modern CMS tools (Framer, Webflow).
- Analytical mindset with ability to manage data quality, build dashboards, analyze funnel metrics, and optimize for pipeline efficiency.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup where you’re both strategic and deeply hands-on.
- Excellent project manager and collaborator who thrives in ambiguity and works autonomously.
