Support the development of communications products highlighting the FoPA Workstream's impact (social media content, impact stories, blog posts, audio-visuals, infographics, reports)
Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns
Liaise with regional and grassroots partners to amplify their stories and initiatives
Design PowerPoint presentations aligned with CIVICUS branding and review branding guidelines
Coordinate with CIVICUS Communication Cluster to publish materials
Assist in designing and delivering cross-cluster learning sessions and webinars
Foster a learning community among partners, facilitate knowledge-sharing and exchanges
Develop learning products and resources (manuals, toolkits, guides)
Collect and analyze feedback from training sessions
Monitor and evaluate learning programs, including data collection and reporting
Collate and summarize learnings and facilitate exchanges
Ensure learning products are widely shared
Requirements
Degree or diploma in communications, development, journalism, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience designing and delivering learning and collaborative action initiatives
Proficiency with digital communication tools, including social media, content management systems, and graphic design software
Demonstrated working interest in non-profit organizations, charitable networks, and/or public service institutions
Demonstrated fluency in English
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and multidisciplinary team
Desirable: working knowledge of Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, Russian or French
Experience with advanced Graphic design/Photoshop and audio/video editing software
