Requirements
Proven track record in creating operational efficiency and providing technology leadership
Experience with managing a departmental budget- LEAN experience a plus
Demonstrated experience in leading engineering organizations through periods of rapid yet strategic growth
Successful track record of building diverse, inclusive teams
Tenured experience within Saas organizations is required
Experience working with onshore, offshore and nearshore development resources
