💰 $47,400 - $65,400 per year
About the role
- Responsible for onboarding new customers and providing training to new users
- Handles level 1 onboarding cases/customer calls with a minimal to moderate level of assistance
- Manages the assigned workload of open onboarding cases
- Ability to move onboarding forward and complete 80% of their onboardings within 14 days of their target onboarding timeframe
- Maintains a minimum assigned average Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT)
- Develops positive working relationships with Sales & Product Teams
- Clearly understands processes and executes proficiently
- Confident understanding of contracts and offered product packages and plan levels
- Gains an understanding of the various roles within our CS teams/Sales/Product
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to multitask among various assignments
- Excellent communication (written and oral) skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability and willingness to explore unfamiliar systems, environments, and languages
