About the role
- Clearly and succinctly communicate the company’s value proposition
- Manage sales and sales related questions
- Respond to correspondence from clients in timely manner
- Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet monthly quota objectives while working through each opportunity with manager.
- Manages complex, challenging and/or largest customers within assigned region
- May mentor and coach lower level/new Account Managers while also attending to their personal job goals and responsibilities
- Works to improve overall customer satisfaction in assigned customer accounts.
- Perform other duties as assigned
