Own the design and operation of secure, scalable AWS and Azure environments, establishing standards for reliability, observability, resilience, and incident management.
Create paved-road developer platforms, CI/CD systems, and automation that improve velocity, quality, and consistency across teams.
Champion operational rigor through SLOs, reviews, and cost-aware engineering practices, ensuring efficient, sustainable growth.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in platform, infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE leadership roles within a SaaS environment.
Deep experience with secure cloud architectures, infrastructure-as-code, hybrid hosting models, and modern security technologies.
Strong knowledge of observability and reliability engineering practices.
Experience building internal platforms that enhance developer productivity and reduce operational burden.
Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize cloud costs at scale.
Strong track record in incident response, risk management, and executive communication.
Strong knowledge of GovRAMP, FedRAMP, NIST, STIGs, ISO 27001 and other government compliance frameworks.
Ability to engage with government agencies and communicate security posture with clarity and confidence.
Strong communication skills and experience collaborating across engineering, product, and business functions.
Able to work additional hours during the week after hours and on the weekend with 24-7 on-call status.
