About the role

  • Translate commercial and sector priorities into focused marketing plans that drive pipeline, revenue and expansion in the Health market.
  • Align marketing activity with revenue targets, pipeline gaps and quarterly priorities in partnership with Sales and the Health leadership team.
  • Build deep buyer and market insight, turning policy, regulatory change and persona understanding into relevant campaign themes.
  • Shape and coordinate multi‑channel campaigns that address funnel gaps and generate qualified pipeline, working closely with digital, content and events teams.
  • Own market‑level marketing KPIs, using data to assess performance, optimise activity and surface risks early.
  • Ensure strong cross‑functional alignment, feeding market insight into product and content teams and managing prioritisation where capacity is limited.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS with a strong grasp of complex, multi‑stakeholder organisations
  • A commercial mindset, confident working with revenue targets, pipeline metrics and market‑level priorities.
  • Strong ability to translate market, buyer and regulatory insight into focused, commercially aligned marketing plans.
  • Skilled in shaping and coordinating multi‑channel demand generation campaigns that drive qualified pipeline.
  • Data‑literate, able to interpret funnel performance, assess campaign effectiveness and make evidence‑based decisions.
  • Able to balance strategic planning with hands‑on delivery, collaborating effectively across Sales, Product and central marketing teams
