About the role
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for key Finance Roles.
- Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand business objectives, workforce planning, and talent needs.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent, including direct sourcing, networking, and leveraging social media platforms.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring a diverse talent pool and promoting an inclusive hiring process.
- Track and analyse recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and provide regular reports to senior management.
Requirements
- Strong sourcing and headhunting abilities.
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Experience hiring in Finance.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
