About the role
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals targeting Local Government sector customers
- Drive pipeline generation and deal progression to exceed revenue targets
- Support your team in navigating complex sales cycles and public sector procurement frameworks
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor messaging and campaigns for the education market
- Conduct regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and performance check-ins setting team up for success
- Stay informed on local government policy, funding cycles, and digital transformation trends
Requirements
- Proven experience in SaaS sales management, ideally within SaaS or technology
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a passion for team development
- Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
