About the role
- Identify and qualify new leads, prospects, and referrals to generate consistent monthly sales.
- Schedule and lead sales appointments to assess needs and present tailored service solutions.
- Build rapport and trust with potential clients to close deals and grow long-term partnerships.
- Dedicate at least 20 hours per week to prospecting activities.
- Maintain detailed and organized client information in the CRM system.
- Use warm calling and relationship-building strategies to engage with decision-makers.
- Maintain an active pipeline via your personal “Hot 25” prospects list.
- Deliver exceptional service throughout the entire sales process.
- Collaborate with internal teams and maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- 2–3 years of B2B sales experience with proven success in meeting or exceeding targets.
- A “hunter” mentality – self-motivated, proactive, and goal-driven.
- Prior formal sales training (e.g., Sandler, Dale Carnegie) is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and follow-through.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
