About the role
- Lead digital marketing efforts across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and more.
- Create and execute strategic campaigns that increase brand recognition and market visibility.
- Develop engaging content that drives audience interaction and community engagement.
- Identify opportunities to convert marketing efforts into business development leads.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing strategies with company goals.
- Provide light administrative support as needed.
- Utilize Microsoft Office for planning, reporting, and internal communication.
- Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice across all channels.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related field.
- Proven ability to grow brand presence and engagement across multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of content creation, branding, and campaign strategy.
- Experience using social media platforms for business growth and lead generation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with the ability to execute ideas effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
