About the role
- Prospect for new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and lead generation.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present our services effectively to potential clients.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiations and closing.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in outside B2B sales with a proven track record of success.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the territory.
