About the role

  • Seek out new opportunities! Discover and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and on-site visits.
  • Conduct market research to gain insights into industry trends and uncover new opportunities.
  • Perform building surveys, showcase proposals, and successfully close sales by addressing client needs and overcoming any objections.
  • Build and nurture relationships with property managers, business owners, and industry associations.
  • Stay ahead of the game! Carry out competitive analysis and keep up-to-date with the facility maintenance industry.
  • Efficiently manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools to track and follow up with potential clients.
  • Work together with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and excellent service delivery for new clients.
  • Be the face of City Wide Facility Solutions at networking events, industry conferences, and community activities.

Requirements

  • 2-8 years of Outside Sales experience required.
  • Preferred Outside Sales in B2B environment.
  • Must have previous success with cold calling (phone and in the field)
  • Organized with territory management experience.
  • Strong outgoing, dynamic personality
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills, leading client meetings
  • Team player who can work effectively with operations and other sales team members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems
