About the role
- Guide the sales team to meet monthly targets
- Foster and develop team talent
- Execute sales processes and strategies
- Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings to review pipelines
- Provide ongoing coaching on sales techniques
- Monitor KPIs and prepare sales reports to senior leadership
- Recruit and onboard high-performing sales talent
- Organize monthly training sessions for the sales team
- Develop expansion strategies for strategic accounts
- Promote a high-performance sales culture
Requirements
- B2B sales experience (5+ years)
- Leadership experience with a team of 5+
- Experience building a team from nothing
- New sales development (5+ years)
- Strong prospecting background (Internal phone/emails and field prospecting)
- Experience in coaching, developing reps in the field
- Experience working with cross functional departments (operations/accounting)
