  • Guide the sales team to meet monthly targets
  • Foster and develop team talent

Requirements

  • B2B sales experience (5+ years)
  • Leadership experience with a team of 5+
  • Experience building a team from nothing
  • New sales development (5+ years)
  • Strong prospecting background (Internal phone/emails and field prospecting)
  • Experience in coaching, developing reps in the field
  • Experience working with cross functional departments (operations/accounting)
