About the role
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for franchise candidates, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sourcing tools to identify and engage prospects
- Analyze and present financial data, showcasing profit-and-loss potential of franchise opportunities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified franchise candidates and achieve recruitment metrics
- Communicate with urgency and clarity in all candidate interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with company growth objectives
- Own the entire candidate journey from sourcing to onboarding
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of executive-level, full-cycle recruiting experience
- Expert-level proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other recruitment tools
- Strong understanding of financial reviews and profit-and-loss statements
- Ability to analyze and present financial data to candidates
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a high sense of urgency
- Preference for candidates with franchising experience
