About the role
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, focusing on retaining clients and discovering new opportunities for service growth and expansion.
- Ensure top-notch service delivery at all client locations, upholding the highest quality and compliance standards while managing contractor relationships.
- Proactively address client concerns, organize site visits, and create strategic solutions that boost client satisfaction and improve operational efficiency.
- Leverage City Wide’s CRM to effectively manage client interactions, service schedules, and performance reports.
Requirements
- 3-5 plus year’s sales and management experience in building maintenance, facility management or equivalent experience.
- High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree highly desirable.
- Highly detail oriented and excellent follow-through on commitments.
- Positive and outgoing personality; great at building relationships.
- Excellent verbal and strong written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of CRM database.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Bilingual a plus but not required
