- Oversee and coordinate regulatory compliance and enforcement programs
- Lead the development of targeted inspection, enforcement, compliance, and public-education strategies
- Direct all activities of compliance and enforcement programs
- Develop and administer the annual budget for strategies and functions
- Monitor emerging trends and performance on related programs
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Public Administration, Legal/Justice studies, Regulatory Affairs, Public Policy, Public Health, or relevant experience
- Extensive experience building and leading effective multidisciplinary teams
- Considerable experience in regulatory compliance and enforcement
- Highly developed analytical and legislative interpretation skills
- Strong ability to build and foster effective internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
