Requirements

Post-secondary education in Computer Science or related discipline
Extensive experience in leading design, development, configuring, and testing of Enterprise solutions
Extensive experience in Call Center technologies such as Salesforce CRM
Salesforce platform administration support and user management
Experience in data analysis using MS SQL and Oracle PL/SQL
