About the role

  • Advising and coaching clients on individual and team learning and development issues
  • Managing strategic learning and development projects
  • Leading the design, development, implementation, facilitation and evaluation of learning and development initiatives
  • Developing a network of linkages with client communities and learning service providers

Requirements

  • Completion of 4 year university degree in Education, Adult Education, Business Administration, Public Administration or a related degree, with specialization in Training or Organizational Development.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in providing Learning, Development and/or Coaching services and managing projects, with specialist experience in one or more human resources fields, including Adult Education.
  • Experience in eLearning development and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia, and SCORM-compliant platforms).
