Requirements

5+ years in senior leadership (VP/Director). You have led engineering through the transition from high-growth startup to enterprise platform.
Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, SaaS architecture, and API design. You're comfortable reviewing technical designs and making architectural tradeoffs.
Experience in GovTech, HealthTech, or FinTech. You understand how to build high-performance software within strict compliance constraints.
You balance the "ideal" architectural state with the immediate needs of a fast-growing business and its customers.
