About the role
- Headhunting : Using your expertise to build connections and cut through a crowded market to attract the best candidates to CCH group
- Own the process : Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting and sourcing to interviews and offers, using our ATS, Smart Recruiters , to keep everything running like clockwork.
- Think outside the box : Use your creativity and market insight to proactively source top talent via job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and specialist platforms
- Champion the candidate experience : Keep candidates informed, engaged, and inspired throughout the process, delivering clear feedback and a brilliant journey from start to finish
- Build lasting partnerships : Develop trusted relationships with stakeholders, acting as the go-to advisor for all things recruitment in your region
- Drive recruitment strategy : Support long-term workforce planning by shaping recruitment campaigns and talent pipelines that futureproof our business
- Stay data-savvy : Report on vacancy progress and performance, sharing insights and recommendations with your Resourcing Manager and HR partners
Requirements
- Direct sourcing skills – You know how to go beyond the job boards and actively hunt for talent via LinkedIn, social media, and creative search methods
- Recruitment expertise – You have proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role, with a strong grasp of the full recruitment lifecycle
- In-house experience – Ideally, you’ve worked in an internal recruitment team, partnering closely with hiring managers and building strong stakeholder relationships
- ATS confidence – You’ve worked with Smart Recruiters or a similar Applicant Tracking System and are comfortable managing multiple vacancies through digital platforms
- Interview-ready – You’re experienced in using different interview formats and understand how to assess candidates fairly and effectively
- Sector experience – If you’ve recruited in the healthcare or social care sector before, that’s a big plus.
- Self-starter mindset – You’re proactive, organised, and self-sufficient—able to manage your workload and prioritise with minimal supervision
- Digital marketing awareness – Experience with recruitment marketing, employer branding, or digital outreach campaigns would be a great bonus
- Communication pro – You’re an excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills, able to engage both candidates and stakeholders with ease.
