About the role

  • Verify and validate accreditation forms according to the defined process
  • Handle accreditation modification requests
  • Manage the telephone switchboard
  • Manage messages via the customer service (SAV) tool
  • Support the help center (FAQ)
  • Provide assistance to the Head of Visitor Reception
  • Coordinate a team of volunteers

Requirements

  • Experience in events or database management appreciated
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365
  • Meticulous, autonomous and responsive
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
