About the role
- Verify and validate accreditation forms according to the defined process
- Handle accreditation modification requests
- Manage the telephone switchboard
- Manage messages via the customer service (SAV) tool
- Support the help center (FAQ)
- Provide assistance to the Head of Visitor Reception
- Coordinate a team of volunteers
Requirements
- Experience in events or database management appreciated
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Meticulous, autonomous and responsive
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
- Good writing skills
- Service-oriented mindset
