• Verify and validate accreditation forms according to the defined process
• Handle accreditation modification requests
• Manage the telephone switchboard

• Assist clients with uploading their event content to the official Mifa program
• Manage and track client-related content: collect, verify, and upload texts, visuals, photos, and presentations
• Support clients in preparing their events
• Handle logistical follow-up and schedule events on site
• Greet and welcome clients
• Monitor events to ensure they run smoothly

Events Assistant – Internship

Account Manager

• Provide support on media and private partnership files, marketing and protocol
• Coordinate the various marketing operations during the event
• Monitor orders, deliveries and inventory of the Festival’s official products
• Track advertiser and media partnership files
• Monitor private partnership files and partner events
• Assist in organizing the Partners’ Club during the event
• Assist with managing guest arrangements for the External Relations department
• Assist in monitoring and coordinating juries for special awards
