About the role

Participate in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team
Contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities
Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, applications development, and model development
Monitor and control all phases of development: analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation
Provide user and operational support on applications to business users
Analyze complex problems, evaluate business/process/system/industry standards, and make evaluative judgements
Recommend and develop security measures in post implementation analysis of business usage
Consult with users/clients and other technology groups, recommend advanced programming solutions, and assist with system installation
Define operating standards and processes and ensure essential procedures are followed
Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts and assess risk and compliance considerations

5-8 years of relevant experience
Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications
Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
Strong Programming skills in Java, Spring Boot 3.0, Angular 14+, JavaScript, PL/SQL (Oracle 19c), DB Design and Optimization
Experience in working in agile projects, with good knowledge in DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail, proactive working attitude, quick learning ability, strong ownership and responsibility and team spirit
Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision and act as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
