  • Define and execute customer segmentation strategies and marketing plans
  • Analyze and challenge current engagement strategies to optimize experiences
  • Develop roadmap for common marketing strategies across card portfolios
  • Direct and implement product marketing lifecycle strategies
  • Leverage data and marketing technology for personalized client experiences
  • Drive marketing for enhancements to existing value propositions
  • Develop and support annual customer marketing plan with key performance indicators
  • Monitor market preferences and develop promotional strategies
  • Foster commercial intensity within an agile operating model
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external agencies
  • Attract, retain, and motivate a diverse team to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in performance marketing leadership
  • 10+ years of managerial experience within financial services
  • Deep domain expertise in digital sales, digital marketing, data and analytics
  • Strong track record deploying and/or leveraging marketing technology
  • Extensive experience across both branded and partner card ecosystems
  • Strategic thinker capable of translating broad visions into structured, measurable plans
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Highly results-oriented, decisive, and action-driven
  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
