- Build relationships with Citi network and operational teams
- Support Senior Relationship Manager in management of assigned portfolio
- Help deliver outstanding banking and operational support
- Monitor and support products’ implementation processes and client onboarding
- Collaborate with product teams, underwriting/risk teams
- Work with Senior Relationship Managers on client relationship analysis, credit application write-up, documentation review
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience
- Previous banking experience
- Experience in a Client Relationship role
- Sales, presentation and communication skills
- Analytical and credit skills
- Knowledge of general banking processes
