About the role
- Develop analysis and reporting on position and headcount management, supporting IRM senior leaders and IRM Resource and Business Management team
- Assist in developing content for executive stakeholder presentations related to human capital metrics
- Report on human capital metrics including organization health metrics, attrition, retention, recruitment, and location strategy
- Provide ad hoc analysis as deemed necessary working with the multiple internal IRM stakeholders
- Assist in executing Demand and Capacity Analysis across 1000+ direct staff and provide overall outcomes including opportunities and risks to senior management
- Review, design, and execute on improvements to the IRM Workforce Management processes and strategy
- Identify process improvement opportunities and ensure we have appropriate controls, procedures, and documentation across the team and that established guidelines/policies are adhered to and updated as necessary.
- Develop review content and agendas for leadership meetings
- Use excellent communication and strong management skills to influence a wide range of stakeholders including internal and external audiences; work closely and collegially with IRM CAOs and Business Execution Leads
- Ensure timely execution on critical items
Requirements
- 6-10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in financial services preferred.
- Knowledge of financial, analytical, and reporting tools
- Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree preferred.
