Provides operational support for the Public Sector Lockbox Operations team and management
Develops, maintains, and manages the organization's performance measures and reporting tools
Develops, implements, and maintains robust operations performance measures for accurate reporting
Collaborates with various departments to understand unique reporting needs
Monitors and analyzes the performance of existing reporting tools
Proactively identifies and resolves data quality issues through regular audits
Conducts thorough root cause analysis on risk points and anomalies in reporting
Analyzes complex datasets to identify key trends and opportunities for improvement
Creates visualizations to effectively communicate data findings
Trains and supports end-users in effectively utilizing performance measures
Prepares and presents insightful reports and analyses to support strategic decision-making processes
Produces weekly and monthly scorecards to assess and track employee performance
Ensures strict adherence to departmental policies and compliance guidelines
Reviews and analyzes financial data, identifying trends and areas of opportunity

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or equivalent experience in a related field
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency (green card) is a requirement for this position
1 – 3 years of relevant experience in a lockbox operations environment preferred
Advanced proficiency with all Microsoft Office products, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Word
Strong technical knowledge and experience in managing complex Management Information Systems (MIS)
Advanced level knowledge of Tableau development including Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep
Intermediate knowledge of Coding, SQL and VBA
Demonstrated advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences and at all levels in the organization
Demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver executive-level presentations effectively.
Strong listening skills to understand stakeholder needs.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of employees.
Demonstrated ability to respond appropriately under pressure and effectively multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
