Taking ownership of the client experience, including partnering with Bankers and Product teams to determine which products to leverage in order to help clients achieve their goals
Playing a role in deal management and client presentation preparation, including creating business development presentations, pitch books, prospect memos, and other client-related decks
Interacting with partners across the firm, including product, credit risk, investment banking, legal, marketing, operations, risk, compliance, and technology teams
How bankers interact with clients and identify their needs
Identifying the various product types and how these solutions best fit client needs
Engaging with clients, prospects, and centers of influence
Requirements
2 years’ work experience, credit experience or commercial banking experience
Demonstrated interest in life sciences, innovation industries, and investors in the innovation economy
Formal credit training preferred
Experience partnering with stakeholders to achieve goals
Relationship & pipeline management experience
Experience with Salesforce, Pitchbook, FactSet a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong communication skills; written & verbal
Bachelor's/University degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting
