About the role
- Responsible for customer interaction, documentation issuance, review and system setups.
- Demonstrates high level of diligence, motivation and organizational skills.
- Performs day to day management of the account opening and maintenance processing.
- Ensuring account maintenance requirements are clearly defined to support all scenarios.
- Assist with performing financial, statistical, and operational studies.
- Research and interpret information, identify inconsistencies and make recommendations.
- Assist with performing feasibility analysis for process changes.
- Mentor lower level analyst and provide informal guidance and training to new team members.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant cash management and financial services experience preferred
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Proven analytical and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and cultivate partnerships across business regions
- Proven project management and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
