About the role
- contributing to the creation and development of Citi's Controls training program
- supporting the execution of training and communication strategies that combines and improves online digital media with other training channels
- support ongoing maintenance and operating routines of Controls Job Family Group, including Skills and annual Skills Assessment cycles
- provide support and guidance to ensure that all training and communications materials remain current with evolving Controls standards, adhere to industry best practices, and align seamlessly with Central Controls organizational objectives
- support the creation and application of workplace learning and development principles
- strong project management skills
- support development of communications and learning concepts beyond self-paced training
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, communications, organizational effectiveness, risk management, compliance, audit, or other control-related functions within the financial services industry
- commitment to quality, attention to detail, and continuous improvement
- good knowledge of Risk and Control processes and ability to identify, measure, and manage key risks and controls
- track record supporting training related projects and programs
- ability to see the big picture with high attention to critical details
- contribute to the development and implementation of strategy and process improvement initiatives to improve current processes
- strong facilitation and project management skills
- strong stakeholder management skills and experience
- ability to understand and translate technical information into user friendly terms
- well organized, detail oriented and able to work in fast paced environment
- strong working knowledge/experience in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- excellent problem-solving skills
- ability to deliver clear and concise presentations and influence audiences
- strong sense of accountability and ownership, with focus on delivering results
- excellent communication skills
- exceptional command in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
