5+ years of experience in a technical role such as network engineering, IT support, or pre-sales
4+ years of foundational knowledge in at least one core technology area (e.g., Networking, Security, Collaboration)
Proven interest in teaching, training, and enabling others
3+ years of communication and presentation skills with internal partners or external customers
