- Managing Executive VP's calendar and daily schedule
- Supervising action items and commitments of executive
- Coordinating event speaking engagements and meeting logistics
- Preparing travel packs for international trips
- Acting as proxy for communications and approvals as authorized
- Making in-depth global travel arrangements for EVP
- Providing analytical support on special projects
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in administrative environment
- at least 4 years supporting at the SVP level or above
- Expert level knowledge of Microsoft desktop computer applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in planning meetings and coordinating travel
- Ability to navigate web and email with high competency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced desktop calendar management program experience
